Bockarie coordinates and drives the implementation of Blue’s various project activities in Sierra Leone, supporting the Blue team and external consultants in developing work plans and rolling out project interventions, ensuring compliance with documentation and reporting requirements, monitoring social safeguarding processes and managing stakeholder relationships.

He is a seasoned rural development expert with two decades of work experience in the empowerment of women and young people with various international organisations including World Vision, ILO and GIZ. He has a strong background in fostering Public Private Partnerships and in developing and mentoring women’s cooperatives. He holds a B.A. Honours degree in Geography from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone and a Masters degree in Rural Development from Njala University in Sierra Leone.
