Fodé manages West Africa Blue’s office and operations in Forécariah. He has nine years of experience in social mobilization and local development. Before joining West Africa Blue, he worked for a clinical research programme focused on Ebola vaccines in Conakry. He also served as an officer and consultant supporting the Guinean government through ANAFIC in Forécariah.

Fodé has been with West Africa Blue for two years, applying his experience to the company’s blue carbon project. He holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Université Général Lansana Conté de Sonfonia-Conakry, where his dissertation examined the challenges facing local governments in sub-Saharan Africa in the context of climate change.
