At Blue, James is focused on directing and managing the implementation of the Sierra Leone project. James brings 20+ years of experience in leading multifaceted project teams. He has an extensive background in the public and private sectors in both Sierra Leone and Ghana, including projects with the World Bank, African Development Bank, The European Union, United Nations, and more. James holds a PhD and MPhil in Human and Social Services with specialization in Disasters Crisis and Intervention from Walden University in the U.S. He also holds an MSc in Humanitarian Studies and a BA in Geography and Environmental Sciences from Arden University in the U.K.
