Mustapha Orimeeju Sheriff holds an MBA in Project Management and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Njala University, Sierra Leone and a PMP certification training from Simplilearn. He brings over five years of experience managing and supporting development projects funded by the European Union, BMZ, NPAA through GEF, and IUCN, with a focus on agriculture, livelihoods, and ecosystem conservation. Before joining West Africa Blue, Mustapha held various project management roles with Welthungerhilfe (a German development agency) and World Vision International, including Deputy Head of Project, Project Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, and Expert in Technical and Social Issues–MEAL. He also served as a Research Associate on the EBODAC project at World Vision International. Currently, Mustapha works as a Senior Operations Coordinator with West Africa Blue, based in Bonthe, rural Sierra Leone.
