Ousmane is an Operations Officer at West Africa Blue Guinea. In this role, he oversees field activities and supports the company’s relationships with local communities and government institutions.

Prior to joining West Africa Blue, Ousmane worked with Guinea’s Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, first in the Strategy and Development Bureau and later as Assistant to the Secretary General. In these roles, he contributed to public-policy monitoring, institutional coordination and the management of strategic initiatives. He also has academic experience as a lecturer in rural sociology and sociological theory.

Ousmane is trained in sociology and has expertise in public governance, sustainable development, operational strategy and community engagement.
